How long does it take to ship?

We usually dispatch within 48 hours of receiving an order. We use standard courier services such as Blue Dart, Maruti, Delhivery etc. 

The shipping time is usually 4-5 working days after dispatch. 

Can I Cancel My Order& Expect a Refund?

Cancellations within 24 hours of placing an order or before the product is dispatched can be refunded in full.

If the product is already dispatched, 50% refund shall be processed.

How Do I Track My Order?

As soon as your order is read and picked up, by our delivery partners, you will receive an email notification from “Shiprocket” mentioning the tracking number and order details. Please look out for this email.

You can also check for your order status via the confirmation email you will have received from us. 

Do you ship internationally?

We do not ship internationally directly via the website. However, you may contact us on darshankaur@gmail.com or +91 9833403509, to inquire.

What is your return policy?

  • We accept exchanges or refunds only if the product is damaged, interior packet is torn or the product has been exposed. 
  • To initiate a return, kindly email us on darshankaur@waggyzone.com or on +91 9833403509, describing your reason for return along with a photo of the damaged product and we will take it forward from there. 
  • The product return can be initiated when there is no usage and is to be returned in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery. 
  • For COD orders, bank transfer or UPI may be used.
  • Refunds of online payments are processed automatically via the payment method used. In case of a failed transaction, the deducted amount, if any, is automatically reversed to your account.
  • The duration for this depends on each Bank and usually takes between 5-7 business days.

Do you do bulk orders and retail?

  • Yes. We are available in over 150+ pet stores across India For bulk orders, kindly contact +91 9833403509.
  • Return & refund for bulk orders will be considered only when there is a manufacturing defect or quality issue and for no other reason.
  • In case the product is damaged during transit or there is a manufacturing defect, Waggyzone must be informed within 7 days of dispatching the confirmed order in order to initiate a replacement.
  • In case of returns due to over stocking or a lack of sales, the product must be returned and a refund will be processed only if the products are within 3 months of their expiry. Expired products will not be considered for returns or refunds.
